Ben came back from 3 weeks of field training and lost like 30 lbs.
i eat once a day soup for lunch and no sugar drinks and i gain 10.
f-u mother nature, you're a bitch :P
at least i have epic boobs and access to quality inexpensive steel corsetry. its a self esteem booster at least.
