People kept calling the uterus/ovaries on my shirt "koala eyes". I decided to illustrate in no unclear terms that it was definitely a uterus.

I have James and Mel to thank for providing the means to do this...

I hate to tell you this, but it still looks like koala eyes (and nose), you're just holding one of those silly fetuses in front of it. Perhaps if the people who made the uterus illustration went with something more anatomical and less representative...
