I've never puked for no reason until this morning. Or at least I guess there's no reason... I can't think of one. Woke up with hell coming out of both ends. Not the most pleasant way to start the day.

Trying to keep down some water and maybe get some sleep here soon.

I wish that happened to me for no discernable reason, but I can always chalk mine up to a stomach migraine that also includes massive headache and body pains. Both ends simultaneously is Never A Good Thing(tm).

Sounds an awful lot like food poisoning. No fun. :-( *hugs* Speaking from experience, skip the water for awhile and try to sleep - give your stomach time to calm down.
