So I'm a bit under the weather today. Fever is on and off, sniffly and congested, etc. I post about this to FB, and... ugh.
Look, I'm a patient person believe it or not. There are memes and cultural obsessions that eventually become a poor dead horse being beaten severely but it's easy enough for me to ignore it, shrug it off, and even have some fun with it as well sometimes. One of these memes is ZOMBIES. EVERYTHING IS ZOMBIES. MORE ZOMBIES ZOMBIES ZOMBIES. I don't mind, I really don't. I even enjoy it sometimes. But motherfucker I get tired of it being brought up EVERY fucking time I mention feeling sick or (god forbid) using muscle-relaxing bath salts when my hip is sore. Because every goddamn time it's all "LOL UR A ZOMBIE NOW" "OH NO YOU'RE GOING TO EAT OUR FACES" "EVERYONE RUN"... again, I'm a patient person. But the jokes get annoying when I'm tired, sickly, and already low on patience.
Blah blah blah tl;dr zombie meme is getting old even to me and I enjoy "old memes".
