This sounds lovely and all, but I keep seeing it posted by self-martyring Christians complaining how "oppressed" they are for their beliefs. They constantly go on about how evil and wrong things like homosexuality and feminism are, then cry when some one points out how wrong they are. "I'm not judging you, but I'm judging you" <-- horseshit. I don't want friends who are just smiling while they condemn me to hell in their hearts. Fuck that noise.

I agree. That BS about "lifestyle" is telling. They aren't disagreeing with a lifestyle because it's bad for the environment, wasteful or something like that. It's code for "I don't like what you are but I will be nice to you anyway because I'm hoping you won't make me feel bad for being a bigot."

Rick Warren is the pastor from a mega-ultra-church in my neck of the woods. He's the one that brought one of the "Being gay is a crime, and the death penalty is the punishment" preachers from Africa to his mega-ultra-church and refused to condemn what the African pastor condones until everyone and their uncle demanded an apology.

He's a giant piece of bigoted shit.

The fact that it's said by Rick Warren should tell you it's bullshit.

I think this so called "oppression" of xtians is because they aren't getting their way. /r/atheism being a popular sub is oppression of christians. gay marriage is oppression of christians. blah blah blah.
