Random FYI...

I am so in love I make myself sick sometimes.

Today's been a while mix of emotions. Yes, the post earlier is very true - I'm in love and it's almost gross. I'm lucky as hell.

Then I heard about a cheerleader getting kicked off her squad because she had the audacity to refuse to cheer the name of her athlete rapist and it upset me.

Tried to distract myself with good things. Today's Buttersafe, for example, made me laugh.

Went up to Addison (the city, not my brother) for geek-reasons. Laughed over the discussion of whether a Care Bear Stare was an at-will power or an encounter power (it's an encounter, btw)

Got home and watched recorded TV shows with Will, enjoyed them.

Read this brilliantly written blog about male privilege (it really is an amazing and very recommended link, hint hint :P) but it was still a rather depressing read. Upsetting and painfully true.

But trying to go back to focusing on the happy. I have an amazing man next to me, we're catching up on Dexter (the last bit of season 3 came in from Netflix today), and all in all I am happy.

And, briefly... to show the random silliness of my relationship.

It's fun when you feel comfortable enough with some one to have an argument about whose fart was the worst today.
