Feb. 4th, 2011 01:01 amI think being snowed in is a good relationship tester. If you're in there for a week and you've yet to strangle your loved one to death, you pass! Yay!
Not to say I'm at the strangling phase with Will but I've noticed we're easily testy with each other today. He's determined to find something to do/go out tomorrow night, despite Panoptikon being pushed until Saturday. And hell, dunno how drivable the roads will be tomorrow, it's snowing again and might not stop for another 11-12 hours. I am hoping game is still on tomorrow? But, hell, roads. Might not be a possibility. I'm going a bit stir-crazy to say the least, in case I hadn't mentioned that before. ;)
And me going outside to play in the snow is... well, a fun idea, but dangerous. Most of the time Texas snow is actually just veiled sneaky ninja asshole ice. Ice + cane = well there went any hope of walking again this week. So I've tried to keep it to a minimum. The Wal-Mart parking lot gave me a few scares and a wrenched knee, I'd rather not push my luck. I might go out wandering a bit tomorrow, but only since this is very much snow snow falling right now so I might be able to walk in it without hitting patches of deadly asshole ice.
This was just a few minutes ago... if it DOES go on until noon, I look forward to seeing it then. Especially since it'll be daylight and my camera doesn't suck nearly as much when the sun is out.
