Aug. 9th, 2011 04:01 pmI think I've altogether given up on having Sims on the Mac. Apparently they just don't get along and that's fine. Installed it on New Shiny Desktop PC and holy hell it runs a million times faster on here! Granted it is much newer so it makes sense but it's taking some getting used to. And look at all the details... o.O
I've decided to make Sims 3 my ~treat~... I can play it only after I've gotten a certain amount of work done. And I'll limit it to "work hours", so I'll get off of the game when Will gets home - this'll keep me from overplaying it once chores/work is done. It seems like a decent plan. A little something extra to keep me motivated, eh?
And when I'm not in a Sims mood I can always find other motivations. Maybe a movie or another game or something. I'd add books but I don't want restrictions with books. ;)
