Drink more tea.
Eat more fruits and veggies.
Stretch more. This will help relieve a bit of the worst pain, as tensed muscles just don't help anyone ever.
Meditate.
Look into trying a bit of yoga.
With me cutting back on the Prozac and quitting the hormonal BC altogether I know I'm going to have to try alternative things to relax and stabilize my mood. I think these'll all be good things on the road to helping self-improvement. Also with the weight problem... without the sea of artificial hormones I was taking every day I should already be losing a bit, but yeah. ;)
And I figure I'll see my diet change as this... I'm not taking anything away from my eating habits. I'm just adding in new and exciting things! After all, at least in my experience, taking things away makes me cranky and more likely to rebel. I already eat okay - not great, but okay. So yay.
