(no subject)

Painkillers helped me function enough last night to have a good evening. I relaxed, had food, watched TV for a bit, played a video game. However by the time I went to bed they'd worn off so sleeping was... uncomfortable. So I'm pretty tired this morning.

Today we finish a tad bit of last-minute cleaning. We got more done yesterday than I realized (I was hurting and feeling very pessimistic, so nothing looked good to me)

Will's got his party.

I hope I'm actually up for said party. I'm sure I'll do my best, but... worst case scenario I hole up in either the office to game for a bit, or the bedroom to relax in the tub or bed and watch some Netflix or something. I love people, I miss people, I miss socializing and partying. But this has also been... kind of a rough week and I'm not sure how I'm doing on that front. I've been hiding so much I'm barely even posting online, and now there's a party. So. We'll see. It shouldn't be too big of a party, at least - our house is a decent size but it's not a good size "hosting" house, if that makes sense? That will improve once we finish the upstairs gaming area so people have another area to hang out in. But for now, not as much.

Bleh.

But I do get to see people I care about. So I'll give it my best try.
