shingaSlept terribly. Tossed and turned all night. Got up around 3am to take a sleep aid. It... helped-ish? Not overly so.
Gave up around 10am.
Then found out about Terry Pratchett's passing.
Immediately I became a weeping sobbing mess.
I knew this was coming. I also cried when he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Because I knew this would happen, I knew... but knowing it, even expecting it soon, didn't help.
I need to find my books. I need to read and cry some more. Maybe beg Will to pick up my favorite ice cream. I don't know.
Dammit, why does my therapist have to be out today?! *sighs*
I'll cope. I'm just still emotionally raw from last night and this knocked me down harder than it should have.
