The strangest things make such large impacts on my mood. I made dinner tonight, something I don't always get to do because sometimes the pain levels don't allow for prolonged standing/walking which cooking often asks for. Whole wheat alfredo pasta with chicken and tomatoes... very tasty, and I checked all the nutrition facts and it was actually a fairly healthy meal! Low sodium, fat, calorie... had a half a glass of rosé wine with it. Lots of smiles tonight. It helps that while I was cooking Will was working on setting up my new art computer! Yes! COMICS AND ART SOON!

Speaking of moods, I think a good deal of why my stress is affecting me so badly these days (with weight, health, moods, drinking, etc) is that I fell out of my old habit of regular meditation. I miss having group meditation exercises every week... it's definitely easier for me with 1. some one else running the exercise and 2. a group of people around so some one running an exercise with me being the only other person in the room isn't totally awkward. But even if I can't do another group thing I'm going to try anyway. Might be able to find some meditation exercises on, like, YouTube or something :P

I think getting back into art will also help.
