shingaI swear when I get like I did yesterday I don't recognize myself. It's like there's two wrecking balls on either side of my brain... one hormonal, the other chemical... and they smash my brain to bits and leave it unrecognizable and it subsequently turns me into a blubbering insane mess.
Feeling better today. Sleep helped, despite some freaky weird nightmares.
