Sep. 16th, 2010 08:16 pmMade low-carb spaghetti with spaghetti squash. Turned out better than I'd hoped, though the "noodles" to sauce ratio was a bit ridiculous (sauce won) so maybe next time I'll try it with two squashes.
Also put tomatos, peppers, mushrooms and chicken in with it. And a lot of spices I randomly grabbed from the cabinet (don't worry, ~I'm a professional~)
Yesterday's experiment wasn't as tasty. Chicken with cheese and tomatoes and mushrooms and such, all wrapped up in lettuce. Also low/no-carb and passably tasty. Much preferred the spaghetti, though.
Mmmm, so tasty. Think I'm gonna have a bit more than put away leftovers.
