(no subject)

Cats.

From what I have heard of Azrael in the past, watching him with Diana is weird. He never approaches her without her approval. She growls and hisses and he keeps his distance. He mews at her and rarely makes eye contact, simply curls up a few feet away and just... waits... as she watches him sharply.

I don't know how weird this might be for Az. They've been around each other since late-ish last year. First time he saw her he RAN towards her to fight. They "fought", I got them away from each other. He tried to attack whenever he saw her. It's what I expected of him from what I heard.

Until one day when he was giving her hell through a closed door. He meows and nagged and gave shit and finally she reached out from under the door and SMACKED his face so hard he jumped back.

Ever since, he's NEVER attacked her. Never run after. He keeps his distance but follows her, wanting to be at least under five feet away. She doesn't like him 'cause he was a dick at first, so, we still keep them separated.

But it's so weird and funny to watch how he his around her now. Apparently Azrael met his kitty!match ;)
