Appointment at the VA today. Trying to ignore the sick feeling in my stomach. Anxiety is a bitch... bah. Still, I hope this appointment kickstarts things that have been sitting idly by (read: my damn paperwork)

Well the VA appointment was... eh? Not BAD per se but it was the nurse practitioner's last day so she did what she could. Couldn't do labs as it was too late in the day but I did get some x-rays done (again? WTF, VA?) and I now have a disability placard for parking. So that's something. I had a feeling she really wasn't paying much attention to my concerns about the new symptoms though. Bleh.
