This is terrible but remember for how many awful evil people out there hellbent on hurting others, there are dozens who will step up to heal the wounds and cry for the dead.
We're not so bad as a whole. The bad apples won't ruin the rest of us... I refuse to believe they will. We won't let it happen. Even if evil became the norm there'd still be those with fight left in them to help others until the day they die.
