I like to spend hours on YouTube listening to music and finding things I don't recognize in the suggested videos.

It was pretty hard to resist a band called "Santa Hates You"

They're German and a couple of their videos had me blinking in confusion, but it's mild for German.

But as soon as I saw they had a song called "Pack Your Bags Honey, We're Going To Hell" I was sold.

So yes, enjoying today so far. Ignoring worries, anxieties, doubts, and just soaking in some music.

Just had a pretty decent storm. Hard rain, loud hail, thunder, lightning, tornado (it didn't touch down all that near us, but in the next town over)

Weather here is a chaotic mess. Unpredictable, powerful, frequently dangerous. My hip hates it... but help me, I love it. I love the power of storms. It makes me want to be primal, almost violent... not, like... "hurting people/things" violent, but that complete release of inhibition and dreary daily concerns like depression and anxiety and responsibility. Just let go and be unashamedly powerfully human at my core.

I really only meant to mention a. we got our first good storm of the season, and b. I think if I ever moved back to a place full of mountains and tall trees I'd quickly grow itchy and confined without my large beautiful Texas sky. I mean damn. Look at that shit. :D
