I.. am.. in... SO MUCH PAIN. Exams of the hip are always this painful. Dizzyingly so. Anyway the surgeon said they'll test the joint by injecting novocaine directly into it. If it helps, then the joint is fucked up and can be operated on. If it doesn't work, that's its own deal. He says the joint is only a small problem with me... a lot of my hip pain is because of other stuff. But my problems with sitting up in certain positions sound like a joint problem. So yay. Progress. I'm nervous about the idea of surgery but open to it regardless.

Roq is a sweetheart... drove me there and back and also provided lunch (and a nice alcoholic frozen raspberry lemonade drink that was amaziiing). So glad to have such generous friends willing to put up with my ridiculous needs (like hour-long drives to hospitals and such :P)

Wheee... pain is dizzy. Will and Roq might be going to see Prometheus and I just don't want to go anywhere. I changed into PJ pants, I'm done for the day! :P
