I don't know if it's the weather, the election, something else, all of the above, or what... but I know my own headspace has been at a pretty bad low for a couple of months now... and I'm not alone in it. So many people I love are having a hard time. Life circumstances are a factor of course but there's just this... funk... over everyone.

I don't know what'll help... maybe the elections finishing up. Maybe the holidays. Maybe the weather finally leveling out and being consistent.

Whatever'll help I hope it happens soon. I hate that people I love are struggling and I hate that I'm currently not in a good place to help.

for me its elections, seasonal affect/holiday stress, job stress, bens lack of job stress, and the fact that i haven't really felt steady and secure in 2 years. my military experience wasn't a fraction of yours, and i still have awful flashes, even more so lately.

i hate being miserable, especially cuz i know i'm awesome, its just bad lately :( loves you bunches.
