And I keep replying, "Well since I'm 210 and only 5'3....."
Those BMIs are seriously skewed by my husband's opinion

Here are my guidelines (by which I'm still fat).
1. Sit in a bathtub, fill with water. Struggle to get water under the folds of the torso. Struggle equals 4 tries.
2: Can no longer connect fingers by reaching from top of shoulder down back and reaching around and upwards the back.
And 3 (Which applies to me, not everyone else): have 36 d bust and stomach still exceeds this.
One thing the surprised me when I looked in a mirror: I lifted my shoulder up as part of a workout. In the mirror, though I felt it pressing pretty hard to my neck, it was barely near it.
I use to touch my shoulder to my ear. :(
